Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the general manager to serve existing customers and potential customers, and improve the process of cooperation with customers;
- According to the specific project-based tasks assigned by senior management, formulate plans, organize actions, follow up on the implementation of each department, analyze and confirm the results; assist the heads of each department to improve the project process;
- Assist the general manager in all daily domestic and international schedule arrangements and planning;
- Participate in the company’s flexible business trip arrangements and keep written records;
- Good at solving problems; respond to emergencies flexibly and appropriately;
- Independently accept specific information collection, incident investigation and sorting arranged by the company’s senior management, and present a clear briefing;
- Pay attention to the dynamics of the industry and conduct background research on competition-related industries to form a feasibility report;
- Preparation, liaison and on-site coordination for market activities and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, received training in strategic management, management capability development, project management, innovation management, etc.;
- Have more than three years of working experience as assistant to the general manager, production operation or product development of a large or medium-sized electronics enterprise, and have participated in the overall operation of the enterprise;
- English CET6, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
- Have strong logical thinking ability, strategic planning, operational judgment and decision-making, plan execution ability, contingency and organizational analysis and coordination ability;
- Good resource integration, deployment and combination capabilities;
- Strong communication, coordination and team organization skills;
- High work enthusiasm and good professional ethics.
