DIRECTOR OF SALES

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and giving feedback of market needs and trends, focusing the target markets, monitoring and analyzing competitors’ sales promotion and activities.
  • Attendance at regularly scheduled S&M Departmental meetings.
  • Participates in sales trips and promotional events within trade related organizations as necessary.
  • Maintains positive relationships with all guests.
  • Maintains account, contact, activity and business details within system.
  • Ensures delivery of expected guest service through follow up and coordination with other departments.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related sales experience.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • University degree i
  • Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written)
  • Positive attitude under pressure,aggressive, initiative; self-confident;

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual strategies and long-term strategic direction, including projected financial outcomes.
  • Lead and manage the overall performance of new products and implement key marketing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to product managers and project managers to prepare the annual brand plan and develop & implement quarterly action plan to achieve annual business objectives.
  • Responsible to new product strategy development and launch preparation and implementation.
  • Actively coach and partner with direct reports to build and implement their development plans and conducting their performance appraisal discussions. Foster communication and key competency development.
  • Responsible for organization evolution plan to build strong marketing team with high effectiveness, precise strategy and execution, and work in close collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above's degree.
  • Demonstrated success in people management and leadership.
  • Strong oral and written English communication / presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills essential, including experience of working in a complex global matrixed environment.
  • High passion and entrepreneurship.
