{"id":19863,"date":"2023-12-19T19:11:04","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T11:11:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/911signal.com\/?p=19863"},"modified":"2023-12-19T19:11:04","modified_gmt":"2023-12-19T11:11:04","slug":"led-fully-encapsulated-light-bars-waterproofip67-warrior","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.911signal.com\/fr\/led-fully-encapsulated-light-bars-waterproofip67-warrior\/","title":{"rendered":"LED Fully Encapsulated Light Bars Waterproof(IP67)- Warrior"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015217623.png\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We named this lightbar the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.911signal.com\/fr\/New-Products\/Fully-Encapsulated-Amber-LED-Lightbar.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WARRIOR<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0because of the numerous design battles our designers and engineers needed<br \/>\nto fight through together to craft a product meeting simultaneous strict requirements for usability and reliability in warning<br \/>\npedestrians at construction sites, and for other similar uses.<br \/>\nBy standing shoulder-to-shoulder on the front lines, though, we faced and overcame all our challenges.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015344168.jpg\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The first of those challenges was in creating reflection cups without utilizing a \u201cfish-scale\u201d pattern to improve the uniformity<br \/>\nand density of illumination.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015411443.jpg\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A second was changing the connection type and canceling the connection bracket between the circuit board and<br \/>\nlower cover in order to reduce material usage. A third struggle was making a light that could be changed in length<br \/>\nwithout altering the fundamental design.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015439932.jpg\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The next battle fought and won was with a waved slot-card design to improve stability and reduce costs by reducing<br \/>\nmanufacturing procedures.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015519104.jpg\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Other hurdles included making more holes on the circuit board to increase the ease of installing more lights, and getting<br \/>\n100% waterproofing with just sealing strips and water-directing loops.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015544834.jpg\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All three WARRIOR models are fully encapsulated, waterproof, and feature 1-watt ambers lights and 34 flash patterns.<br \/>\nDifferences between the models are in length (between 30 and 56 inches) and intensity (between 96 LEDs at 70 watts<br \/>\nand 168 LEDs at 160 watts).<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015606238.jpg\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/911signal.com\/uploadfile\/2015\/0617\/20150617015646585.jpg\" alt=\"\\\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We named this lightbar the\u00a0WARRIOR\u00a0because of the numerous design battles our designers and engineers needed to fight through together to craft a product meeting simultaneous strict requirements for usability and reliability in warning pedestrians at construction sites, and for other similar uses.
