Breakthroughs and team building - Comprehensive vocational skills training for Vasa Group employees

With the rapid development of the company's business, the staff team is also growing rapidly. In order to strengthen the enterprise talent management, improve the staff's professional skills level and cultivate complex talents, Vasa Group conducted a two-day training on the themes of "efficient communication" and "time management" on October 19 and 25. "More than 50 employees from the technical department, production department, sales department, HR department and finance department attended the training.
     We hope that through the two-day training, every employee of Vasa Group can gain something and improve themselves in a multi-dimensional way, so that every employee can make progress together with the company and strive to practise the core values of Vasa Group: no more steps, no more climbing.


     During the training process, everyone put 100% of their energy into listening carefully to the lectures and taking good notes on key points. The trainer also combined the training content as a whole according to the actual work of each department, and the combination of practice and theory allows employees to better grasp the training knowledge.
     Through the two days of training everyone was full of harvest, was inspired by a lot, also realized the importance of communication and management, whether in life or work are directly affected by efficiency, in the future, will also build on the strengths of the shortcomings, continuous improvement, better to be competent in the current daily work and future work tasks.
